So what exactly IS a ‘Crystal Healing Energist?’ (CHE), I hear you cry!
Allow me to enlighten you.

Our bodies are comprised of matter and energy. Remarkably, at any given momen...t, roughly 20 watts of energy course through your body…that’s enough to power a lightbulb!!!

Crystals are widely believed to act as conduits for healing – by allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative and disease-causing energy flows out.

Now more than ever human beings are returning to alternative therapies in an attempt to find peace within this fast-paced and often stressful world we inhabit. Knowing this makes my job as a CHE much easier to explain!

I’m trained in working with the energy that exists within the body, calming and directing said energy to flow in a manner that allows my clients to operate at their absolute best.
