Introduction

Historically, Roundwood Golf, Sports & Social Club was set up to provide sporting and social facilities for Tata Steel employees and their families, however our sports facilities a...re now open for all to enjoy.

Opened in 1978, RoundwoodGolf Club is an 18 hole parkland course, Par 67,SS 67 of 5620 yards. Continuous investment of the course and clubhouse have endeavoured to make an interesting round of golf for all players.

Additionally, we provide first class sporting facilities for the young to the youth fully retired! We are proud to offer the following facilities;

* 3 Bowling Greens (1 Floodlit)
* Football Pitch ( Home to Parkgate FC)
* Training Ground for our Towns Football Team, Rotherham United
* Fishing Team with access to many South Yorkshire Ponds
* Function Room available to hire for all occasions
