Introduction

Experienced Masseuse specialising in Swedish Body Massage, Meditation and Breathing techniques, to relax the mind as well as the body.
The massage advertised is a Swedish body massage, I start off at the shoulders go onto the middle back, lower back, glutes before requesting the client to turn over where I massage both sides of neck working into the clavicle to illiviate any tension that remains in the shoulders and trapezium muscles. I then continue onto the thighs, calves and feet (just this takes an hour.)

For a full body it's a minimum of 90mins where at the hour point, I ask you to turn onto front and I massage other side of calves working up to quadriceps going to crease of groin but NO CLOSER...
The massage completes with the abdominals, chest (except in women) arms and finally hands.

I ask you have an extra half hour so there is 15 minutes either side as I don't heat oil till you arrive and like to offer either a glass of water or warming herbal tea so you can relax before the massage as I'm preparing oil. At the end you get a hot steam towel to remove excess oil, you are only charged for massage time.

I'm also a experienced Life Coach that has studied traditional counselling, Life coaching and meditation practices, I specialise in helping individuals reframing complex situations and enable them to find their confidence and inner power.
I have a passion for seeing peoples self-worth develop and observe people achieving goals they never thought they'd reach.
I have gone through My own struggles (the most recent was breast cancer) and have gain wisdom and strength as a result of the experience and now show others that they can also do the same.
