Our free-range pork belly has been cooked sous vide with the finest fresh ingredients such as honey, garlic, fennel seeds and thyme. Sous vide is a method of slow-cooking which ensures an even cook and deliciously tender meat.
Your pork belly will have been pre-cooked by our chefs for 12 hours, so all you need to do is remove the pork from its packaging and cook it in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes. It’s perfect for a fuss-free meal that’s full of flavour.
Why not try wrapping your pork belly in pancetta? Simply remove your pork from the bag, wrap in pancetta and pan fry for a couple of minutes before transferring to a hot oven. Serve with roasted new potatoes and a parsley and lemon butter. You can find the recipe on our recipes page.
Cooking instructions -
- Pre-heat the oven to 190C, or gas mark 5.
- Cut open the bag and remove the pork belly.
- Place onto a pre-heated tray and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
