We are offering our grass-fed Dexter 5kg beef box on our early bird special, but be quick as we only have 10 available!

Ideal for couples and people who enjoy flavoursome smaller joints.
Dexter cattle are a breed of cattle originating in Ireland. The smallest of the European cattle breeds, they are about half the size of a traditional Hereford and about one third the size of a Friesian milking cow. A rare breed until recently, but are now considered a recovering breed by The Livestock Conservancy.
Hopefully, if the demand for Dexter beef is high enough we will be able to start our own herd which will help to ensure the survival of this wonderful breed.
These Dexter’s have been reared by Lamb2ewe and have been grass fed. Please see our slaughter and welfare policy for more info
