A weekend of chocolatiers, chocolate makers, people with a passion for chocolate and cacao, chocolate-related quality items, and exhibitors who want to showcase their chocolate products.
Discover Cacao's passion is your passion. We want to offer easy education, allowing visitors to make up their own mind about what chocolate they eat, and where they source it, while offering them a wider choice so that they can make informed decisions on each purchase.
We will be higlighting sustainable, ethical products, with traceability, and human compassion for those who work in the cocoa fields to bring this luxury item to market. Chocolate is naturally vegan and gluten-free and we will have a selection of chocolatiers and chocolate makers who offer their products to suit varied diets.
And if you are looking for indulgent creamy chocolate creations then you will not be disappointed either. The onus is on highlighting the quality of the chocolate being used in product creation.
