For both good looks and performance, this new addition to our wet-weather range is hard to beat.

Let’s start with the appearance. The laser-cut edges and bonded fastenings provide a contemporary twist on the classic mac design – as do features like the internal pocket with headphone port. Adjustable sleeve cuffs, zipped secure pockets and clever tailoring on the sleeves are all worth a mention too.

The hood has a stiffened peak and uses a single pull adjuster to give an excellent fit and unimpeded vision. Handily, it also fully zips off, for an instantly smarter and neater finish.

Now for the technology. The outer is made from a tough polyamide with our Barricade™ technology – a waterproof and highly-breathable membrane – and finished with a Durable Water Repellency™ to stop the surface ‘wetting out’. All of the seams are taped too, and the lightweight scrim lining reduces bulk while helping to wick moisture from inside.

Finally, though it may be hard to believe, this protective, reinforced, smart waterproof is so lightweight, it can pack away into a map-sized Packpocket™ and sit snugly in the bottom of any bag, ready for when the weather turns
