Offering an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio in conjunction with a versatile design, our Icepack Vest is an indispensable layering piece that’s perfect for cold-weather trekking, travel and everyday use.

It’s filled with Insuloft™, our superbly efficient synthetic insulation. Pound for pound, it’s almost as effective as natural down. Unlike natural down, however, it doesn’t lose its warmth the minute it gets wet, so it’s absolutely perfect for the damp, cold conditions that are the hallmarks of the British winter. We’ve gone for an 80gsm weight for a real insulation boost – where you need it most.

It’s also extremely easy to wash and dries very quickly – it certainly doesn’t require any sort of special treatment, protection or extra care – which is very reassuring if you’re on an extended trekking trip.

The outer is a lightweight blend of 88% polyamide and 12% elastane with a matte, cotton-like texture. It’s highly wind resistant, extremely soft and because it’s been treated with our Durable Water Repellency™ finish, it’ll shrug off light snow and rain showers.
