About this Event
SUBt returns for an early doors Sunday escapade. We'll see individual and group performances from some of the UK's most beguiling musical minds. Fans of Ambient and Jazz music will find refuge in the Gallery below the Malt Cross, just along from Plates record shop.
Line-up includes:
Lee Allatson (Drums)
"I absolutely love playing this music live. There’s a compulsive electricity released when music is composed, spontaneously, in the presence of the listener - especially in a free playing context. It’s all about weaving and feeding a unique, fantastic, yet perilously delicate spell. A very real form of magic."
Andrew Woodhead (Pocket Piano)
"Andrew explores the capabilities of the pocket piano – a tiny, hand-built synthesiser. He improvises sweeping soundscapes using both intricate textures and simple melodies."

Joe Egan (Guitar)
One of Nottingham's most talented young artists and a supmereme guitarist, Joe will be exorcising his own compositions and improvisations.
