BRAMBLE
A relatively modern cocktail, created in 1984. Bombay
Sapphire, Creme de Mure, lemon juice and sugar muddled with
blackberries served over crushed ice.
FRENCH MARTINI
A French twist on a classic vodka martini. We use French
Chambord, vodka & pineapple juice.
THE DON
Forget the Godfather try the Don, Martell VS simply mixed
with orgeat syrup & lime juice.
