Hot on the heels of their recent LP release (which is a total banger by the way) and nearly a year ago since they played The SoundHouse, Leicester we welcome back the mighty Big Lad. Big Lad comprise break-neck drumming from Henri Grimes (Shield Your Eyes) and all manner of noisy nonsense from Wayne Adams (Ladyscraper, Death Pedals). Big Lad emerged from the discordant DIY scene of the UK’s capital to create something truly unique. Metal-tronica? Punk-house? It really doesn’t matter what you call it because this defies genre, laughs in the face of categorisation and defecates on the grave of your pre-conceptions.
