10 years on from Echo-Fest at the same venue The Non-Alignment Pact (A loose alliance of promoters interested in non-mainstream music) have gotten their heads together to put on a city centre festival showcasing the best in alternative and esoteric rock music in Leicester. from brand new stars of the scene such as Fivehead, The Surrealists and Earls to stars of the original festival Echolocation and newly reformed godfathers of 'skronk' Black Carrot.
