The 142-metre yacht is permanently moored in the Ocean Village Marina, at the northern tip of Gibraltar's west coast. It has views of The Rock -- a limestone promontory that's home to around 300 Barbary macaques -- and long-distance views across the Strait towards Africa.
Luxurious touches include Italian marble, a Swarovski crystal chandelier in the ballroom and a polished teak sundeck with padded sunloungers and a plunge pool with views of the marina. There's also a spa, three bars and a casino.
The food and drink is "a real selling point", says The Daily Telegraph -- there are two restaurants, one with a retractable roof on the top deck, and dishes focus on Moroccan and Spanish flavours.
There are several beaches within 20 minutes' walk of the hotel, including Catalan Bay and Eastern Beach.
