About this Promotion
The Francis is a washed-rind cheese made for James’s Cheese by Lyburn Cheesemakers in the New Forest with milk from their own herd of cows. The young fresh cheeses are then matured by James for eight to ten weeks to produce a wonderfully pungent aroma with a supple texture and a softness around the rind.
The result is a supple, richly flavoured and generally gorgeous cheese.
