The Slava Ukraini Million Steps Challenge! 🇺🇦✊🇺🇦
Join us on January 1, 2023, for a special event to support the work of Vinnytsia Technical College in Ukraine, which has turned their school into a waypoint for Ukrainians fleeing the Russian invasion.
Every year, for our BIG Event, we select a cause or people and their stories who make a difference. The bravery and hard work of the staff and volunteers in Vinnytsia this year, supporting war displaced in difficult conditions and now in winter, has touched our hearts.
Join us and walk, jog, run, hop, or dance a million steps in 100 days. That's 500 miles, or the distance between London and Zurich, Switzerland, but it's only an average of 10,000 steps a day.
Get our Fit For 15™ strength and conditioning program with videos and an introduction to living a mindful life, along with eight meditation audio tracks.
It's the ultimate habit-building challenge. And you can go solo or sign up with friends to support each other to that finish line!
