Join us for one of the UK’S largest competitive BBQ events. Brew ‘N’ Q is a low ‘n’ slow style BBQ competition where winners from the 2017 competition season face off for the prestigious title of “Grand BBQ champion”.
The competition will bring together over 30 teams from around the globe putting their reputation on the line for the chance to be named the “champion of champions” The event format will allow guests to sample the competitors cooking from each of the 4 categories, which are: pork shoulder, brisket, chicken & ribs. Once part of the meat has been turned in for judging the remainder will be available for your enjoyment.
