Any orders to Northern Ireland have a delivery lead time of 2 working days on a Next Day Delivery Service.
All orders over the value of £50.00 have a free standard delivery and a £2.50 next working day delivery charge. Any orders under the value of £50.00 have a standard delivery charge of £3.99 and a £4.99 charge for a next working day delivery. All orders placed for Saturday and Sunday deliveries have a charge of £7.99. Our delivery service runs Monday to Sunday between 08:00 - 20:00.
The cut-off point for same day despatch is 17:00 (Monday - Friday) and 14:00 (Weekends), any orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day. If an order is placed after 17:00 on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the goods will be delivered on the Tuesday, when a next day delivery is selected. A Next Day Delivery is available as an additional charge for orders placed on a Friday and Saturday.
The above does not apply to any items listed as a 'Special Supplier Delivery'.
In these instances, the goods are shipped and delivered directly from the manufacturer who usually aim to deliver within 3-7 working days. However, this can vary depending on the product.
If a room'set is purchased or an assembly service is required this may take 6-10 weeks. Please be aware, that items supplied directly from the manufacturers are not available to be delivered to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands.
