About this Event

Our friendly, professionally delivered workshops are informative and conveniently delivered to you online via Zoom.
This is a psycho educational course which will help people understand the importance of sleep from a physical and a psychological perspective. It will outline the most common sleep disorders and understand how these impact on us. The course will also outline some ways to help us manage and improve sleep using different techniques including CBT and mindfulness.
Each workshop is delivered as a 6-week block with a 1-hour Zoom session at the same time each week. A 6-week block costs £60 (so that’s only £10 per 1 hour session!).
The “Understanding and Improving Sleep” workshop block starts on Friday 5th March 2021, 11am-12noon for 6 weeks.
