This week we have had the Draughtsman come to measure up the front of the shop

This week we have had the Draughtsman come to measure up the front of the shop, ready to do the technical plans.
Planning permission will go in next.
We like to think that we have the inside right, but need to get the outside up to scratch, not just for us, but for the area in general.
We take these steps slowly, as it is our money which we are reinvesting in Sauce & Brown.
