BBQ LAUNCH NIGHT AT THE EMBANKMENT

A selection of the chef’s own BBQ dishes will be showcased as the Embankment officially launch their summer BBQs. Each dish will come with a recommended beer pairing, combining two things the Embankment does best, beer and food. Hopefully the weather is warm, or at least dry (we aren’t asking for much). Knowing the British weather like we do we may not be so successful in that, however, this event will run weekly throughout the summer, there’s got to be one sunny day in the summer hasn’t there?
