SEVENTH SON - PROLIFEROUS, 8.3%
Incredible DIPA from our pals in Columbus Ohio. Lots of resinous pine, very citrusy and tropical in the nose.
BEAVERTOWN - BLOODY 'ELL, 7.2%
A smack of citrus with hints of warm blood orange aromas brought on by refined malt bill and loads of juicy hops. All hail Bloody ‘Ell!
EMPEROR'S BREWERY VS. TOTALLY BREWED - BLUE HARVEST, 10.2%
We're ridiculously excited to have bagged a keg of this local delight! Super limited, this Imperial Breakfast Stout is brewed with bags of breakfast cereals, blueberries, honey, oats, and cacao nibs. Maximum fuss, the Emperor himself is one of our most valued EFPs, and we could not be more proud to finally have one of his beers on draft.
WILD BEER CO - BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIGNONS II, 4.1%
A staff fave for sure. 2018 sees the sequel to Wild's infamous mushroom beer. This years new recipe uses Chanterelle mushrooms (as opposed to penny buns) seasoned with white peppercorns and parsley. Bright acidic character plays off of the earthiness of the mushrooms and the toasted oak finds synergy with cracked white pepper. Interesting doesn’t cover it!
CLOUDWATER - DDH IPA CITRA BBC, 6.5%
Voted "Beer Of The Festival" at Hop City 2018. This double dry hopped IPA showcases new season Citra, with Citra in the whirlpool, and a 24g/L dry hop charge of Citra BBC pellets. Fermented with London Fog yeast for its low attenution and juicy finish.
TO ØL - DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO STUPID, 9.3%
An Imperial IPA with a close to stupid amount of Citra and Centennial Hops in it. It is a bright crisp and super dry-hopped IIPA with a smooth and balanced body. To make a tight transition between the hop profile and the body the brewers have removed all caramel malts and focused only on basis malts.
