Circuit favourite Phil Chapman is a true pioneer when it comes to comedy. Lenny Bruce, Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Richard Pryor - all changed the game for stand-up - but only Phil Chapman has had the foresight to do it whilst holding a spatula.
