About this Promotion
Upon returning from regular trips across the channel, our chefs are always experimenting, honing new recipes and creating new dishes.
We are please to present our NEW Spring À la carte Menu, inspired by our travels around France and beyond.
Here is a selection of what we have to offer:

NEW Cassolette de moules
Baked ramekin of mussels, spinach and smoked bacon with a light garlic cream sauce and sourdough toast
Main
NEW Poulet printanier
Pan-fried chicken breast with asparagus, fricassée of wild mushrooms, peas, truffle oil and tarragon
Dessert
NEW Sundae au chocolat et cerise
Chocolate and vanilla ice cream sundae with chunks of chocolate brownie, hot chocolate sauce, black cherry compôte and crème Chantilly topped with crushed pistachios
