Introduction

Situated on the edge of the historic market town of Ringwood, Avon Accommodation can be found above the Old Cottage Restaurant, which is one of the oldest buildings in Ringwood dat...ing back many centuries.
The path of the River Avon embraces the garden on its way to the sea at Christchurch. The Market Place with its many shops, pubs and restaurants are just a short walk away.
The accommodation comprises of two first floor apartments, tastefully refurbished to reflect the character of the building. Due to the age and nature of the property, there are uneven floors, narrow steep stairs, some very low beams and door heights, so please mind your heads.
Well behaved pets only by arrangement . Strictly no smoking.
Complementary tea and coffee are provided as well as a welcome pack consisting of breakfast cereal, milk and a bottle of wine. Our guests are offered a 10% discount from the food billon meals eaten in the Restaurant below at lunch or dinner(not available Bank Holidays or Commemorative days such as Mother's Day. There is a garden for the guests to enjoy and limited off road parking on our forecourt. Car parks and free parking on the street (daytime restrictions apply) also available close by.
'Avon View' sleeps up to four people, one bedroom with a double bed and tv, and a sofa bed in the lounge area with Digital tv, Freeview and DVD player.
Compact Kitchen and sink, combination microwave, electric hob fridge toaster . iron and ironing board, hairdryer and kettle. En suite bathroom with shower w/c. Linen and towels provided.' Avon Mist' has two bedrooms one large bedroom with a double bed leading through to a small bedroom with twin beds. Shower room with w/c. Please note shower room is accessed via twin room.
Cot and/or extra bed available for children available.
