The Shenstone Bird Bath is made from an environmentally friendly material called Clayplas+ which combines 30% recycled plastic with 70% clay to give a lightweight durable finish that offers the appearance of an aged stone finish. The shenstone bird bath and bird drinker looks really lovely with any garden backdrop and will last for many years. Maintenance is just an occasional wash over and the clayplas+ material has a 10 year structural guarantee from the manufacturer.
The theatre step design provides safe drinking not just for birds but other pollinators and insects that might like to sip from the shallow edges of the water basin. The bird bath comes with a detachable base section which raises it around 10 cm above ground level. The shenstone bird bath is embossed around the rim of the basin with the opening lines from a well known verse extracted from the W H Davies poem 'Leisure' .
