The Organic Seed & Bean brand was created by Stephen Rudkin with the idea to create an unusual range of confectionery, always Organic and Fairtrade when possible. Further to this aim the products must taste superb and be affordable. The Organic Seed and Bean Company has delightful ingredients such as pumpkin, raspberry, coconut, Cornish Sea Salt, cardamom plus essential oil based ingredients such as lavender, lime and others all combined with very rich organic (and often -fair trade) chocolate. Made in small scale batch of 45 litres we are creative and daring with our flavours.
